This massage is great for first-time clients, for clients who need "a good all-over relaxing massage" without too much attention to problem areas, or for a detailed massage on one area of the body such as neck and shoulders, or legs.
This massage is great for weekly sessions and maintenance on a healthy lifestyle or easing into massage as a lifestyle change. I generally use heavier-handed pressure, without being painful and torturous. Many of my clients comment on my intuitive style.
